How long is the warranty period?
Up to 3 years from purchase date. Please check your invoice for the exact duration of warranty period that you bought.
What does the warranty cover?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure under normal use, including:
Internal short circuits.
Failure to hold charge.
Material or workmanship defects.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty will be voided for unregistered battery beyond 30 days of purchase stated in the invoice. You can register in www.nanexx.com/e-warranty
Damage to the Products resulting from any of following activities is not covered by this Warranty:Incorrect installation or usage.
Use with faulty alternators or incompatible vehicles. Refer to the recommanded vehicle engine CC (stands for ‘cubic centimetre’ which is a unit of measurement used to quantify the volume of an engine’s combustion chamber) of each battery model to make sure it is compatible to use.
Product damage caused by modification, alteration, disassembly, repair or replace maintenance and other services conducted by unauthorized personnel.
Appearance damage, deformation, abrasion, stain, rust, mildew, or similar external influences caused by the buyer during use.
Commercial or off-road use without registration.
The model number,nameplate or product serial number of the product has been altered, erased or unrecognizable or has been arbitrarily damaged..
Product damage caused by external force, force majeure (causes of natural disasters such as unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective events, including but not limited to war, civil war, strike, riot or other activities intervened by government, terrorism, war, riots, strikes, unavailability of suitable and sufficient labor or materials and other events which are out of control of the manufacturer) or other third party.
How to claim warranty?
Contact an authorized Nanexx dealer or service center.
Prepare:
Original receipt/proof of purchase.
Battery serial number.
Vehicle registration number.
Photo of installed battery.
Technician will assess the battery condition.
Repair or replacement will be provided if eligable. Alternatively, discount will be provided for purchase of next battery based on pro rated calculation of balance warranty period. Example : if battery purchased price is RM500 and becomes faulty on the 30th month. Balance cash rebate will be based on this formula. Balance 6 month warranty / 36 month x RM500 = RM83 cash rebate for next battery purchase of similar price.
Notes:
Warranty is non-transferable.
Replacement does not reset the warranty period.
Warranty starts from purchase date, not installation.
Nanexx reserves the right to revise these terms anytime.
